Mitico Hotel & Natural Spa

We’ve been staying at this hotel several times now, and it never disappoints! Location is great, away from the chaos of the city centre but super easy to get to it. For those who don’t have a car there’s absolutely no issue on how to move around. There’s a bus stop few steps away from the hotel, bus 25 takes you straight to the city centre where the train station is, in 17 minutes. Airport distance is just 10 minutes by car. Breakfast is good, wide range of food options, both savoury and sweet. Non-hotel guests are also welcomed to the restaurant and the bar , my partner and I have indeed enjoyed some drinks with my family, who came to visit us for a couple of hours. Our room was really nice, our favourite thing was the mattress, extremely comfortable. It’s nice to get a legit double bed with a proper double mattress. We travel a lot and most of the times the double room comes with 2 joined single beds, which is not ideal. Staff is friendly, professional and polite. A mix of younger people and adults , with different culture backgrounds. Love to see it!

The Mitico Hotel is 4,5 kms outside of the Bologna city center. The bus stop (number 25) is in front of the hotel so you take the bus to the city center quite easy. The hotel is very close to the highway so ideal for the travelers by car. It also has its free parking place. The breakfast is good and has variable options, even a waffle machine which many hotels at this price level do not have. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean and the staff is helpful. I also liked their check in and check out times, giving time to the travelers. No issue with wi-fi. Price/quality rate is remarkable.

The most perfect stay. The staff is so friendly, helpful and clear about everything. The entire hotel is sparkling clean. Smelling fresh every single day. You go out to the city and come back just to find your room to be perfectly cleaned: Fresh clean towels. New tea bags & coffee. Minibar refilled etc. The room & bathroom have a neat, beautiful modern design. The bed was huge and so comfortable. No lights coming through the thick drapes, making it pitch dark when you want to sleep. Very amazing breakfast that was included! Too many options to mention here (you name it, they have it) and everything was fresh and delicious. The location is great. Not too close to the city center for it to be loud and noisy yet not too far. There's a bus stop "Aposazza" in front of the hotel, take bus 25 and within 15 mins you're in the city & the train station. No need for taxi. We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay!

The breakfast which was included was amazing! There was a wide range of delicious food choices to suit everyone from meat eaters to vegans. I REALLY appreciated the fresh seasonal fruit (the tastiest watermelon, orange melon, pineapple, etc) and a wide selection of nuts, dried fruit, seeds, oats and cereals to create my own healthy breakfast bowl. The dining room is large and attractive. The bus stop to go into Bologna is literally outside the hotel. There's plenty of free parking. The general layout of the hotel is welcoming, relaxing and comfortable. The air conditioning was effective and our room was comfortable.
