Mitico Hotel & Natural Spa

We’ve been staying at this hotel several times now, and it never disappoints! Location is great, away from the chaos of the city centre but super easy to get to it. For those who don’t have a car there’s absolutely no issue on how to move around. There’s a bus stop few steps away from the hotel, bus 25 takes you straight to the city centre where the train station is, in 17 minutes. Airport distance is just 10 minutes by car. Breakfast is good, wide range of food options, both savoury and sweet. Non-hotel guests are also welcomed to the restaurant and the bar , my partner and I have indeed enjoyed some drinks with my family, who came to visit us for a couple of hours. Our room was really nice, our favourite thing was the mattress, extremely comfortable. It’s nice to get a legit double bed with a proper double mattress. We travel a lot and most of the times the double room comes with 2 joined single beds, which is not ideal. Staff is friendly, professional and polite. A mix of younger people and adults , with different culture backgrounds. Love to see it!

The hotel is in the Fiera district just outside the city heart but easily accessible for motorists with excellent on-site parking. It is right next to a bus stop for bus 25 for a 15-minute journey to the city at a cost of 2E- 30c per trip. Buses are very regular. The hotel is relatively modern and clean, and our room was of generous size and well appointed. Maintained daily to a good standard. Staff at reception were very competent at English and went beyond expectations at all times. They gave us accurate advice re getting to Ferrari Museum at Maranello and when I had issues with my cell phone needing understanding of Italian. They were exceptional. Also, the front-of-house man at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast choice was exceptional, and in the evening, we found the restaurant food to be of excellent quality at fair prices.

The breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs / bacon , cold meats/cheeses, cereal and cakes / croissants. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant . Very convenient location for our purpose of visiting family . Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels / bedding .

Our twin room was very spacious and clean with adequate storage space. The bathroom was spacious and clean with toiletries and towels provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury items to choose from. The location is good with a large parking area and a bus stop just outside the hotel. We ate in the onsite restaurant twice in the evening and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.
